This is not a seminar, a lecture, or a therapy session. It is a guided conversation in a room full of women who understand exactly where you are, led by facilitators who have been there themselves. Together we will explore the identities and roles that once defined us, the weight of always being strong, what we actually want beyond the expectations of others, and what it truly looks like to step boldly into the next version of ourselves.
This gathering welcomes any woman 40 and over who finds herself in the middle of a transition — whether that looks like divorce, an empty nest, a career change, personal loss, or simply that quiet but persistent feeling that there is something more waiting for her.
